Not sure if it was a state law or the shear honesty of the carnival folk, but I sure appreciated seeing what an actual carnival basketball hoop looked like up close. Normally two balls can fit through a regulation hoop; with this oval hoop just one fits barely through. How to win? Don't play, or be Michael Jordan.
