Exercising for the New Year. The best addition to our home gym are these Nayoya gymnastic exercise rings from Amazon. The variety of the exercises offered by these bad boys can really help you create some diversity in your work-out. Dips, chin-ups, push-ups, and flys take on a whole new dimension. I was a little nervous about using the eye screws in the ceiling studs, but they are pretty robust and I've tested each with my full body weight before each use and there have been no issues. Olympics, here I come.
